Welcome to the Lakefield Literary Festival 2018! This year our festival dates are July 13 – 15. The festival consists of four Reading Events, a Supper & Reception with Festival Authors, three Craft Talks and several free events.

The Reading Events, Supper Reception and Craft Talks are held at Lakefield College School. The Free events are held at Cenotaph Park and the Christ Church Community Museum. See the Program and the Venues                

Tickets can be purchased in person at the following locations:
Happenstance Books & Yarns, 44 Queen Street, Lakefield
Hunter Street Books, 164 Hunter Street, Peterborough

Festival Passes (Because we have sold out for the Saturday night event, there are no more passes available.)

Craft Talks are 90 minutes and have a capacity of 24 attendees, tickets must be purchased in advance.

Tickets for the Readings can be purchased at the door, subject to availability.

Saturday Reception tickets are available until July 1st only.

If you purchase tickets online your official tickets will be waiting for you at the Festival Ticket Desk located at Bryan Jones Theatre, Lakefield College School. Please bring your emailed payment receipt and identification to pick up your tickets before the event.

To purchase tickets online: click the ‘Add to Cart’ button for each event you would like to attend. A PayPal shopping cart will open in a new page with a summary of your selections including cumulative pricing. You can increase/decrease the number of tickets for each event or completely remove the event from the cart if you’ve chosen one in error. Simply flip between this ticket page and the cart page to add selections or click ‘Continue shopping.’ When you have completed your selections, click on either ‘Check Out‘ for payment by VISA or MasterCard, or click on ‘PayPal check out’ if you have a PayPal account.

Please be sure to enter your correct email address. Once your payment is completed PayPal will email you your receipt. Check your spam/junk folder if the email does not arrive promptly. Your official tickets will be waiting at the Festival Ticket Desk, please bring your payment receipt and identification.
