The Lakefield Literary Festival Looks Ahead
The next Lakefield Literary Festival will take place on July 14 and 15, 2023 in the beautiful Bryan Jones Theatre at Lakefield College School. We will be returning to the festival’s original core elements. Two authors will be presented on Friday evening; the Children’s Tent will offer its popular program on Saturday morning at Lakefield’s downtown Cenotaph Park; two authors will be presented on Saturday afternoon; and a headlining author will be presented on Saturday evening.

The Lakefield Literary Festival’s success is a testament to the selfless efforts of past and current Board members, volunteers, sponsors, and those who attend the festival. From humble beginnings, we have become a nationally-respected festival that, in 2019, celebrated its 25th year.
