Author of a series of book on mysteries of early Canadian history (The First Nova Scotian, The Sinclair Saga, Oak Island Secrets), he is also an actor, playwright (Once Upon Eternity, The Corktown Man, The Ballad of D’Arcy McGee) and documentary script writer (Curse of Oak island, The Prince and the Grail)
In 2016 he was commissioned to write a theatrical production based on the lives of Susanna Moodie, Catherine, Parr Traill and other pioneer writers in the region for Lang Pioneer Village Museum.
He joined the Lakefield Literary Festival last year as writer and narrator of the festival’s historical literary walk.
